As you’ve no doubt noticed I was in Florida a week last month. It took me awhile to get back into the groove once I returned, and I lost about a week to jet lag.

For one thing my morning routine was all messed up…

I missed my Granpda Doc’s tomato plant bigtime. This tiny begonia is nice, it looks a little like a tomato plant…but it’s not a tomato plant.

Secondly, I didn’t know what to do with all my free time. The pace is so much slower up here…

Worst of all, playing in the front yard is like taking your life in your hands*…

* - front yard has subsequently been turned into a fantastic wonderland of sticks and onions.
