Ancient Chinese Stacking Rings
September 17th, 2007Well, the day before my first birthday, I figured it was time I finally mastered the art of the chromatic stacking toroids. Join me for a few photos of my training session.
Oh silly. As you can see here, early on in my transformation into the Ultimate Stacking Baby Genius, my focus was so great that the all-important green ring sometimes escaped notice.
Doh. Plainly, as I progressed further into my intense discipline the colors and shapes began to peel away leaving only meanings and gestures. Some colors, like green, receded into the background during this stage of the process only to reemerge later, stronger than ever.
Um…Here I am with my abilities honed to near perfection. Only the most trifling of ring colors can avoid the skill of this soon-to-be maestro.
Aha. At last the student has become the master. The completed Rock-N-Stack tower represents perfection in all aspects of a happy life. The bottom, blue, ring represents the life-giving water of our Earth. It surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the galaxy together. The second, green, ring, wait….where the? I quit.
